We called up Ireland and Ulster captain Rory Best to chat about what he enjoys about coaching his local side, what he particularly enjoyed about the 2017 Lions tour, and farming.

After that Pat McCarry and I got into the brain of former Munster and Ireland centre James Downey. This was after Robbie Henshaw’s barnstorming performance at thirteen for Leinster vs Montpellier. So we talked centre play, and potential centre combos for the November tests.

Denis Leamy joined us to fill us in on how he’s getting on after his early retirement, how the new hip is doing, his work on the farm and learning to speak in front of a crowd.
